• Late payments (over 7 days) may incur service interruptions or additional fees.

4. Results Disclaimer

5. Revisions & Changes

We believe in collaboration. Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions within the project scope. Major changes outside the original agreement may require timeline adjustments and cost renegotiation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, campaigns, designs, and marketing materials created by Blume Digital remain our property until full payment is received. Once paid in full:
• Website content and graphics become yours.
• We retain the right to showcase anonymous versions in our portfolio unless explicitly denied in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business insights. All sensitive information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties without consent — unless required by law.

8. Termination of Services

You may cancel services at any time with 14 days' written notice. Fees for services already rendered or in progress are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance, misuse, or unethical business conduct.
